Secondly, it is very important that you remember to carry some form of I.D. with you as the local police are very strict about it. The city of Manila offers a bus shuttle service from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. that will go from terminal 3 to LRT station and they also have scheduled bus service from the first and second terminals to the city. The city also offers taxis and jeepneys for rental at the airport as well. The tickets for the public transport of buses and jeepneys usually runs at around 22 pesos. Manila also has many taxis. If you take one, you should negotiate the price before getting in.
