Phuket International Airport is the second largest airport by passenger volume in the Southeast Asian country Thailand, coming behind Bangkok airport. Location
The airport is about 30 kilometers or 18 miles northwest of the capital of Phuket Island, also called Phuket, directly on the 402 highway towards Natai Beach - Khok Kloi. Between the airport and Phuket City the airport bus operates regularly between approximately 6.00 am until 9 pm at an interval of 90 minutes. Current departure times are available locally.
