The fleet consists of 4 Boeing 737-300, 4 Boeing 737-700, 5 Boeing 737-800, 6 Boeing 767-300ER, 4 Boeing 777-200ER and 3 Embraer 170 LR.
History
After East African Airways was liquidated due the breakdown of the East African company, Kenya Airways was established in February 1977. In 1986 first steps were taken by the Kenyan government to privatise the airline which was eventually completed in 1996. Since 2007 Kenya Airways has been a member of the Syteam-Alliance.
Network
Kenya Airways serves numerous destinations in Africa, Europe and Asia. These are mainly concentrated on the African continent. In Europe Amsterdam, Paris and London are served. Asian destinations include Bangkok, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Dubai and Guangzhou.
