Hurghada International Airport is one of the major airports in the North African country of Egypt. It is near the tourist resort on the Red Sea of the same name, a strait about 2600 metres or 1600 ft deep, between Northeast Africa and the Arabian Peninsula with spectacular coral reefs.- URL: Official website

Location
The airport is about 10 kilometers or 6 miles south of Hurghada and is on the main road 24 towards Port Safaga. A shuttle bus service is currently not available. There are mini buses and taxis available after each landing. Package tourists are normally picked up by their tour organizers and transferred to their hotel accommodation.
