The airport is about 14 km or 10 miles north of Minatitlan and approximately 17 km or 13 miles southwest of Coatzacoalcos. The access road is on the Carretera Coatzacoalcos-Minatitl which links up the two cities. For the onward journey please use a minibus (Colectivo), a taxi or rent a car.
