History
The Thai branch of the Malay airline Air Asia was founded on 8th December 2003 in Bangkok, and is now the third largest airline in the country.
Network
The subsidiary airline flies from its hub in Bangkok, Thailand to many regional destinations in Southeast Asia, including Macau, Shenzhen, Yangon, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Chaing Mai, Hat Yai, Phuket and Surat Thani.
