The airport is located in the north directly on the highway, about 6.5 miles from the center of the capital city, Santa Cruz. Motorists should drive from Santa Cruz on the TF-5 to exit no. 11, and then just follow the signs to the parking lots.

Buses to the airport operate daily from Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz (line 102), from Santa Cruz and Icod de los Vinos (lines 107 and 108) and line 340 from Puerto de La Cruz as well as the airport Tenerife-South.
