Luxembourg - Findel Airport is the only civilian airport in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which is situated between France, Belgium and Germany.

The airport was opened in 1946 and is located approximately 5 miles northeast of downtown. Use the A1/E44 highway to exit 7 and 9 and then follow the airport signs.

Rail and bus passengers head for Luxembourg main rail or bus stations and then use a taxi or public bus number 16 (Eurobus) to the airport. The bus runs on weekdays between 5.40 am and 9.40 pm at 10-15 minute intervals, and on Sundays and holidays from around 7 am to 10 pm every 30 minutes.
