Location
Opened in 1937, the airport is about 12 km or 8 miles south east of downtown Nashville. The terminal can be reached using the Interstate Highway 40 to exit 216 or via Tennessee State Route 255.
Between the terminal and the Music City Central Transit Station (MCC) near Victory Park in downtown, the bus number 18 (Nashville Metropolitan Transit (MTA)) operates a regular service. Current departure times are available locally.
