The airport is located about 10 miles north of Jacksonville. Car drivers may reach the airport on the Interstate Highway 295 taking exit # 33 to Duval Road or on the Interstate Highway 95 to exit # 363, from there the airport is signposted.

Rail passengers please take trains to Jacksonville Amtrak Train Station and then from downtown Jacksonville catch the daily shuttle buses operated by the local transport operator JTA which go directly to the airport. The journey takes about 45 minutes.
