Location
First in use in 1996, Yichang airport is about 24 km or 15 miles south-east of downtown and 55 km or 34 miles from the tourist attraction, Three Gorges Dam. It is easy to reach via the S-107 highway. There is a shuttle bus from Yichang to the airport; taxis are also widely available.
