Location
First in use in 1974 , the airport is approx.15 km or 10 miles south of downtown, near the town of Senou; it is signposted from the city and easy to reach on the N-7. Between Bamako airport and the city, there is a free shuttle bus that operates three times daily – departure times are available locally. Alternatively please take a taxi.
