Location
The airport was opened in 1997 and is located about 5 miles south of Agri. The best way to reach the airport is via the D-965 (Van - Agri Yolu) from Agri Patnos towards Patnos, after 4 miles follow the signs to the airport on the 04-31.

Bus passengers head for Agri-ZOB and then take a minibus (dolmus) or a taxi to the airport.
