He controls other separate easyGroup companies such as easyInternetCafe, easyCar.com, easyMoney, and easyValue. There are no "cross-shareholdings" between easyJet and these other easyGroup companies. easyJet operates independently of the other companies, although some "cross-marketing" agreements do exist.
