Airport Victoria YYJ

Victoria International Airport is one of the ten busiest airports in the North American country Canada. Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is in the south east on Vancouver island.

Location

First opened in 1914 with only a grass runway, the airport is located approximately 21 km or 17 miles northeast of Victoria near the town of Sidney. It is signposted on highway 17. The bus number 83 (Royal Oak - Sidney) stops at the airport on weekdays (BC Transit). The AKAL Airport Shuttle also operates a service at 30 minute intervals between the airport and several points in Victoria during the day. Alternatively, please take a taxi or rent a car.
