Airport Fuerteventura FUE
Fuerteventura airport, also known by the name El Matorral, is on the Canary Island of the same name. Of the populated islands, Fuerteventura is the closest to the African continent. Although the airport is relatively small, by traffic volume it is amongst the top 10 most important airports in Spain. The airport is only 5 km (3 miles) south of Puerto del Rosario. Motorists should head for the island’s capital, and then take the GC-430.
Tiadhe buses stop in front of the terminal building. Line 3 operates daily to Caleta de Fuste, and line 10 via Costa Calma to Morro Jable. For departure times please enquire at the airport.
