North Platte Regional Airport, also known as Lee Bird Field is an important hub in the US state of Nebraska. It is in Lincoln County in the south west of the state.- URL: Official website

- Stations: The nearest Amtrak Rail Station is about 75 miles further south in McCook: here there is a connection to the "California Zephyr" line that runs from Chicago to Emeryville.
Location
The airport is 3 miles east of downtown North Platte. Passengers arriving by car from the east or the west please take the Interstate 80 to exit #179 and then follow the signs to the airport to US-Highway 30. Those arriving from the north or the south take the US-Highway 83 to North Platte and in downtown North Platte take the US-Highway 30 to the east and then follow the signs to the airport.
