First in use in 1945, the airport is about 20 km or 14 miles east of Esquel, directly on the Ruta Nacional 40 (RA-40) towards El Mayoco. There is currently no shuttle bus between the airport and Esquel. There is no car rental near the airport. Please use a car for the onward journey.
