Loganair's fleet currently consists of 45 aircraft made by ATR, de Havilland, Viking Air, Embraer, Britten-Norman and Saab.
History
The Scottish airline Loganair was founded on 1st February 1962 in Glasgow as an air taxi company.
Network
Loganair's route network includes the most important airports on the Shetland and Orkney Islands such as Sumburgh, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Benbecula or Barra, which are regularly served by flights from Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow, for example. Loganair also flies from its base in Glasgow to the two airports of Londonderry and Dublin on the Irish mainland.
