Location
The airport is about 12 km or 7 miles south of the city, near the Midland Highway 1, in Breadalbane. A regular shuttle bus operates between the airport and Launceston. Serenity shuttle buses also serve various locations on the northwest coast, such as Burnie, Devonport, Sisters Beach and Stanley, the bus must be booked in advance.
