The airport is located 3 miles southeast of downtown Butte. Passengers arriving by car, take the Interstate 15/90 to exit # 127 and follow this in a southerly direction; on the State Road 2 (Harrison Avenue) there are signs to the airport grounds.

From the transfer station in Downtown the Harrison Avenue loop route has a daily service to the vicinity of the airport. The exact departure times can be obtained locally.
