History
Tatarstan Airlines was established in 1993 in the capital, Kazan, in the autonomous Russian Republic of Tatarstan. By 2006, the company was completely state owned, but meanwhile the Tatar government has sold 75% of the company’s shares to the Nur-Avia Company.
